Leah is a Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Media Psychology. She believes in using a collaborative approach with clients to aid them in developing self-efficacy, resilience, and self-empowerment through their innate strengths and abilities.

Leah has 10 years’ worth of experience using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in corporate settings. She works with adults with issues such as mood disorders, including anxiety and stress management. In the past, she has worked with adults who were experiencing various stressful circumstances such as divorce or undergoing other psychological concerns, such as, relationship difficulties, as well as managing life transitions, and cultural conflict. Her previous clients include insurance and financial services, e-commerce, and IT companies.

She is also passionate about helping young adults from the age of 18 years and upwards, with issues such as cyberbullying and traditional bullying. She has also worked with adolescents who were experiencing issues such as parental divorce, relationship difficulties, as well as managing life transitions, and study-related stress.

With over four years of dedicated experience, she has worked with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including psychotic disorders, grief, anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has built extensive experience working with individuals in different contexts, such as one-on-one sessions, and workshops. She has used her knowledge and skills to develop effective strategies to help individuals cope with their mental health challenges.

Having lived and studied in Europe, the US, and Asia extensively, Leah displays a unique multicultural approach and sensitivity while working with clients from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. With almost 2 decades of experience in training and consulting C-suite executives in the fields of business management and psychology, she is able to contribute to effective people strategies, particularly in the areas of employee engagement, wellbeing, interpersonal relationships, high-performance leadership, and organizational culture change.

Leah Selakovic is a native of the former Republic of Yugoslavia. She began her career with an education in art and classical history before going on to explore alternative medicine, information technology, philosophy, classical literature, and psychology.
